1. Description of Services
Services may include consulting calls, assessment review, personalized action plans, educational resources, and holistic wellness education as described in the selected tier.
Specific details for the selected tier (number of sessions, duration, communication access, and timeframe) are outlined in the accompanying program summary and are incorporated into this Agreement.
Consultation services are educational and supportive in nature and are not therapy, medical treatment, or legal representation.
No clinical services are being provided under this Agreement. Client acknowledges that Consultant's services are coaching/consulting only.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are due on the dates agreed upon. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, services may be paused until payment is made.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Term of Agreement
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until:
Completion of the selected tier timeframe, OR
All sessions included in the tier are used, whichever occurs first.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the agreed timeframe unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Scheduling & Communication
Consultation sessions will be scheduled in advance at mutually agreed upon times.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
Communication between sessions is limited to:

Consultant is not available for emergency support.
5. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer
Deborah Tucker is a Certified Dyslexia Therapist and wellness Consultant. She provides educational support, guidance, and holistic wellness education.
Consultant does not:
Diagnose medical or psychological conditions
Provide therapy or counseling
Client understands that all educational, medical, and legal decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Client.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Client understands that outcomes vary based on many factors, including consistency of implementation, family dynamics, school cooperation, and individual child differences.
Consultant makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
7. Client Responsibility
Client agrees to:
Participate actively in sessions
Implement agreed-upon strategies to the best of their ability
Communicate honestly and respectfully
Consultation is a collaborative partnership, and progress depends on Client engagement.
8. Holistic Wellness Education & Product Transparency
As part of a holistic approach, Consultant may provide education regarding reducing toxins, lifestyle changes, and natural wellness options.
Any product recommendations are optional. Client understands:
These recommendations are educational in nature.
Consultant may earn income from product referrals or affiliate partnerships.
Client is responsible for researching and making independent decisions regarding product use.
9. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during Consultation will be kept confidential except:
If there is risk of harm to Client or others
If written permission is provided by Client
10. Recording and Use Restrictions
All verbal or written guidance, materials, and deliverables supplied by [Consultant] are proprietary and confidential. The Client shall not, without prior written consent, (a) record, transcribe, or otherwise capture the sessions (including by third-party ‘notetaker’ or A.I. tools), or (b) copy, distribute, publish, or disclose any portion of such content to any third party by any means, whether online or offline
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (worksheets, plans, resources, recordings, guides) are the intellectual property of Deborah Tucker and Everyday Essentials.
Materials are for personal use only by the Client and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Consulting services.
Consultant’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for services under this Agreement.
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Consultant from claims related to educational or wellness suggestions.
13. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through good faith informal discussions, including mediation. If such efforts are unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Harris County, Texas, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with 14 days notice.
If Client terminates early, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consultant reserves the right to terminate services for:
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Consultant and Client and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
